Rodrigo Fontoura

Rodrigo Fontoura holds the position of Tech and Data Manager at Dito CRM since May 2012, where responsibilities include strategic planning, budget approval, KPI monitoring, and project management. Rodrigo has successfully established the data team, focusing on data platform development, predictive modeling, and pipeline creation utilizing Data Mesh methodology and GCP technologies. Previously, as Team Lead, Rodrigo managed technology and product teams, ensuring project progression and team satisfaction, while also addressing performance evaluations and identifying operational inefficiencies. Rodrigo's experience encompasses roles as Tech Lead, overseeing technical direction and quality assurance, and senior, mid-level, and junior developer roles employing a range of technologies such as Ruby, NodeJS, and AWS, with early experience as an intern from May 2011 to January 2012. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Centro Universitário UNA, completed in 2013.
