Andrew Peskin

Andrew Peskin has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew started their career in 1990 as the President of A. S. Peskin and Company, Ltd., where they founded and managed an international boutique investment management and consulting firm. Andrew specialized in machine learning applied to algorithmic quantitative trading and risk management. Andrew served a global clientele of wealthy individuals, institutional funds, institutions, and sovereign wealth funds. During this time, they also held the position of Director of Data Science, leading a group responsible for developing methodologies and algorithms for big data analytics, algorithmic trading, and predictive modeling.

In 2015, Peskin joined Capital One as the Senior Manager of Data Analysis in Enterprise Data Management and Governance. Andrew was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new tools and technologies on both individual and enterprise levels. Andrew later became a Senior Product Manager in the US Card Decision Sciences division, where they built and managed a team that developed and deployed distributed compute platforms for various departments within the organization. Andrew also held the position of Software Engineering Lead in US Card Technology's Operations Engineering division, overseeing infrastructure management for over 2800 software engineers and leading teams in site reliability engineering, cloud engineering, machine learning, reporting and analytics, and compliance and governance. Finally, they served as the Director of Software Engineering in Enterprise Cloud and Network Services, where they played a key role in architecting, building, and managing the multi-cloud and networking infrastructure globally for Capital One's enterprise.

In 2021, Peskin joined Google as a Delivery Executive in Google Cloud Professional Services, providing management, consulting, and technical expertise to customer engagements. Andrew later became the Cloud Customer Experience (CCE) Lead, managing a strategic multi-billion dollar account and leading teams of Technical Account Managers, Engagement Managers, Professional Services teams, and external Global System Integrator partners.

Most recently, Peskin joined Dito in 2022 as the Vice President of Enterprise Engagements. In this role, they lead engagements for strategic enterprise accounts, develops relationships with C-Suite executives and stakeholders, and delivers innovative and scalable solutions across various aspects of digital transformation.

Throughout their career, Andrew Peskin has consistently demonstrated their expertise in technology, cloud services, digital transformation, and client relationship management.

Andrew Peskin attended the University of Virginia from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they studied Mathematics with a focus on Statistical Computing at the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew also completed the Technology Leadership Development Program from UVA Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning in May 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications in National Commodity Futures and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in June 1991. In November 2019, Andrew achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
