Cody Prater

Cody Prater is an experienced professional in technical support and field service management. Currently serving as Field Service Manager at DiTRONICS Financial Services since July 2023, Cody also holds the position of Technical Support Manager at Richtech Robotics since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing tech support operations. Previous experience includes serving as Surveillance Supervisor at Station Casinos, LLC from October 2005 to March 2022, focusing on the protection of company assets and incident reporting. Cody Prater holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computing and Information Technology with a specialization in Cyber Security - Networking Security from the College of Southern Nevada, completed in December 2021, and has additional training from CompTIA Tech Career Academy.
