Smarika Arora

Smarika Arora is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Ditstek Innovations Pvt. Ltd. since October 2022, Smarika previously worked at Tech Mahindra as a Business Coordinator from December 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that role, Smarika was a Human Resource Coordinator at Scintillation Research and Analytics Services from January 2018 to November 2019, responsible for employee performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities. Smarika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and Marketing from Amity University, completed in August 2019.
