Ajay Serma

Ajay Serma is a Senior Program Manager and Insurance Advisor at Ditto Insurance since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst and Graduate Finance Trainee at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. from June 2019 to March 2021, and as a Data Analysis Intern at Xcode Life in June 2017, where Ajay developed a visualization dashboard and examined the correlation between Genotype-Phenotype traits. Additionally, Ajay contributed as a Content Intern at STEP from The Hindu Group in late 2016, assisting with editorial team recruitment and AV production. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
