Rosmine Joe

Rosmine Joe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, marketing, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Training Manager and Insurance Advisor at Ditto Insurance since February 2022, Rosmine has previously held significant roles including Marketing Manager at Dolphin Digital Inc, where involvement in programmatic OOH marketing strategies took place from April 2016 to January 2022. From February 2008 to January 2017, Rosmine acted as Talent Acquisition Lead at HURITS, focusing on technology integration and workforce planning.
