Shashwat Nandan

Shashwat Nandan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Partnerships & New Initiatives at Ditto Insurance since September 2021. Prior to this role, Shashwat co-founded Propelytics Consulting, focusing on AI-enabled SaaS tools and traditional consulting. Shashwat's earlier experience includes significant positions at OYO as Procurement Head for various categories and at LODHA Group, where responsibilities encompassed general management and procurement for design consultancy. Shashwat also held roles at Mahindra Retail Pvt.Ltd, Tata Steel, and Gabriel India Limited, contributing to process improvements and project management. Shashwat holds a PGDBM in Operations and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
