Gareth S. is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in both leadership and strategic roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Ditto since August 2024 and as Founder & CEO of Workback since December 2022, Gareth has previously held significant positions such as Head of Strategy & Operations for HP Digital Services and Vice President of Operations at Hipcamp. Notably, Gareth contributed to Groupon as General Manager of Groupon Goods Marketplace and Director of Operational Excellence, where responsibilities included managing business intelligence and supply chain analytics. Early career experience includes a pivotal role at Kinek Technologies, leading the development of a last-mile delivery network.
