Kristi Erickson

Kristi Erickson serves as the Chief People Officer at Divcon Controls since April 2024 and has been a Board Member at Cornerstone Advisors since July 2021. Previously, Kristi held the role of Chief People Officer at Caylent and Planet, where responsibilities included developing and executing people and talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Other notable positions include Vice President of HR at CBRE, Founder and Managing Director of Mosaic Talent, Chief People and Innovation Officer at Uplift Education, Chief Human Resources Officer at ServiceSource, and Partner at PeopleResults. Kristi's extensive experience in human resources began at Accenture, where an Executive Director role was held for over 25 years. Kristi earned an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
