Martha Aragon Velez

Martha Aragon Velez currently serves as the Associate Director and General Manager at DivcoWest, overseeing the Sand Hill Collection, a Class A property in Menlo Park since January 2020. Prior to this role, Martha was the Facility Manager for the Transbay Joint Powers Authority from April 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Salesforce Transit Center's public spaces and retail leasing. Martha's experience also includes a tenure at Stanford Health Care from January 2007 to March 2017 as the Director of Site Support Services, where a new facilities management department was developed. Previously, Martha worked at Oracle from March 2001 to November 2006 as the Director of Real Estate, focusing on surplus property disposition and transforming building services. Early in the career, Martha served as Senior Property Manager at The Martin Group and Property Manager at William Wilson & Associates, with significant achievements in property management and new construction. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Saint Mary's College of California.
