As part of our strategic transition, we aim to migrate this process to an independently managed cloud infrastructure, ensuring enhanced security, compliance, and operational autonomy.
Job Overview
We are seeking an Applied Data Science & AI Specialist to lead the development and optimization of AI-driven resume analysis within our new cloud environment. The specialist will work closely with DIVD.Academy and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless migration while maintaining high levels of automation, accuracy, and efficiency in resume processing. Additionally, this role will involve implementing best practices in AI governance, model interpretability, and data privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven resume analysis solutions in an independent cloud environment.
- Research and develop strategies for the migration from an American cloud to a self-managed infrastructure.
- Optimize machine learning models for automated resume screening, improving accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers to ensure a secure, scalable, and compliant cloud setup.
- Develop explainable AI models and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Evaluate and recommend technologies for AI model deployment, data storage, and processing.
- Work with DIVD.Academy to document and share best practices, contributing to knowledge development in AI and cloud migration.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or self-hosted cloud solutions).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and AI ethics.
- Familiarity with database management, data pipelines, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with open-source AI/ML tools and self-hosted cloud AI solutions.
- Prior experience in resume parsing or HR-tech AI applications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
