Ignacio Bautiste Cuervo

Ignacio Bautiste Cuervo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Ignacio began their career as an Intern in the Geospatial and Emerging Technologies department at Indra in 2007, where they analyzed, designed, developed, and deployed custom software for scanning business documents.

After that, they worked as a Junior Developer at Redsa, a healthcare automation and process control company, where they were involved in improving their core healthcare system and responsible for implementing and integrating database interfaces with Fiatc, an insurance company.

Next, Ignacio joined Corsair Band, a mobile game development company, where they worked as an Analyst and Fullstack Developer. Ignacio ported legacy Java games to Android devices and adapted them using their own fork of an existing framework.

In 2012, Ignacio worked as an Analyst and Fullstack Developer for a year at an unnamed company. During their time there, they contributed to the development of a university management platform and built an erotic portal for mobile, tablets, and PC.

From 2013 to 2015, Ignacio served as CTO at Easy-Code - Ubiquo Techs. Ignacio created a tech infrastructure from scratch, led a team of developers, and implemented various projects for clients, including creating a micro-loan IT structure with a turnover of 8M€.

In 2016, Ignacio joined Primex AI Team as an AI Backend Programmer, a role they held until 2019.

From 2017 to 2022, Ignacio played a critical role in the growth of Arbor Fintech as a Co-Founder and CTO. Ignacio set up the IT architecture, led a team of developers, initiated and coordinated the analysis and design of IT architecture for a new e-money institution in Lithuania, and developed a complete loan platform.

Most recently, in 2023, Ignacio joined Dive.tech as their Chief Technology Officer.

Ignacio Bautiste Cuervo has a degree in Ingeniería Técnica de Gestión with a specialization in Desarrollo aplicación informática from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D.
