Marc Hartung has had experience in various roles related to high-performance computing (HPC) and scientific research. Marc is currently working as an HPC Engineer at dive solutions since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientific Assistant at the Zuse Institute Berlin from July 2016 to February 2021. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified. Additionally, they served as a Scientific Assistant and Student Assistant at Technische Universität Dresden. In their role as a Scientific Assistant at Technische Universität Dresden from June 2015 to June 2016, they focused on developing parallel algorithms for machine simulations based on ODEs and researching efficient task scheduling in shared and distributed compute environments using Intel® Xeon Phi™. Marc started their journey at Technische Universität Dresden as a Student Assistant in June 2013 and ended this role in May 2015.
