Joseph Allen

He did his first scuba dive in 1994 and have been involved in Public Safety since 1999. He started on a Mountain SAR team, then became an EMT and Paramedic. He was an FBI Special Agent for over 10 years, and was a Tactical Medic, Dive Medic, and a diver on the Underwater Search & Evidence Response Team (USERT). Since then, I’ve been a member of the Larimer County Dive Rescue Team. I’ve done dives all over the country, in all conditions, using a range of equipment and techniques. I’ve been through most of the DRI training courses, and have multiple instructor certifications.
