Aron Derecichei is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in robotics simulation and digital manufacturing. Currently serving as Lead Robotics Simulation Engineer at Divergent since November 2018, Aron leads efforts in 3D Virtual Robotic Processing and Simulation for advanced manufacturing systems. Previously, Aron held various leadership roles at KUKA North America, where responsibilities included leading simulation teams for automotive and aerospace projects, and optimizing manufacturing processes. With an academic background in Business Administration and Management from Wayne State University and a strong history of engineering roles spanning over two decades in prominent companies, Aron specializes in the development and implementation of innovative robotic applications and simulation processes. Currently, Aron also works as a Multimedia Pastor at Emanuel Romanian Pentecostal.
