Lauren Victoria Helfrich has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Lauren Victoria began their career as a Baking Chef at BreadTalk Group in 2010. In 2012, they held positions as a Tour Guide at Johnson & Wales University, a Sales Representative at Follett Higher Education Group, and a Line Cook at Eno Terra. Lauren Victoria then worked as a Private Dining Director at Elements in 2013, and as a Barista at Small World Coffee in the same year. From 2016 to 2018, they were a PopUp Operations Manager and PopUp Account Manager for Fooda. In 2018, they became the Director of Corporate Catering at HUNGRY Marketplace. In 2020, they joined Diverse Systems Group, LLC as a Human Resources Administrator, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Team Lead, where they generated and maintained physical and digital files with employee documentation, benefits, and attendance records, performed employee performance evaluations and appraised pay scale accordingly, and drafted meeting agendas, minutes, and reports. Lauren Victoria also became the Director of Catering at Capital Restaurant Group, where they created the catering department for both corporate and franchise store fronts, analyzed reports, created catering implementation guidelines and schedules, handled administrative aspects of sales, and developed events to market catering operations.

Lauren Victoria Helfrich began their education at Montgomery High School before attending Johnson & Wales University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services, as well as Associate's degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef and Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Additionally, they earned an Associate's degree from DUCASSE INSTITUTE Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. Afterward, they attended Rider University, earning a Master of Business Administration in International Business. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Maryland.
