Nick Price

Nick Price has been working in the software engineering field since 2013. Nick began their career at Diverse Systems Group, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they worked on front end user interface development using JavaScript and AngularJS, focusing on both user and admin interfaces. Nick also worked on the middle tier/data access layer, implementing Business Object Models and factory patterns using Spring. In 2013, they joined Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they led and worked with a team of engineers in an agile environment that focused on integrating and benchmarking the performance of a big data analytic software stack with CentOS on Tilera multicore chips. In 2011, they worked at MacPaint as a Website Administrator, where they were responsible for expanding and maintaining small business website operations. This included a complete content and design revision, as well as improving overall online profile with search engine optimization and creating and maintaining a consistent social media presence. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at D&P Lawn Care as an Office Assistant.

Nick Price attended Christopher Newport University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
