Gopi Gandhi, equipped with a CPHR certification and an MBA in Human Resources Management from University Canada West, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Gopi currently serves as a People & Culture Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist at DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society since June 2022. Previous roles include serving as a Human Resources Executive at Mahindra Group, focusing on corporate hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement, along with other HR initiatives from March 2017 to December 2020. Gopi has also held HR positions at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, E4 Development and Coaching Ltd., and Black Turtle, contributing to campus recruitment and training, talent management, and various employee engagement activities.
