Hayley Bakker

Hayley Bakker is passionate about solving business problems and addressing social challenges. Diversely hits two birds with one stone. She believes that they can create more effective and impactful hiring processes and experiences by embracing data based decision-making. Spoken as a true (ex-) consultant and financial engineer.

She have experienced personally the importance of engaging more diverse candidates as well as the challenges to do so. Two years ago, She saw an opportunity to find alternative tech talent for Singapore and founded off-shore tech company Colibri Growth. This has inspired me to think how they can use ‘tech for good’.

She is also super passionate about women in tech and spent over two years as MD of non-profit Girls in Tech Singapore.
