Selim Bassoul

Selim Bassoul, Director. Selim Bassoul was the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors at The Middleby Corporation from January 2001 until his retirement in February 2019. Mr. Bassoul started working at The Middleby Corporation in January 1996. He has served as a Director and the Non-Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation since February 2020. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the American University of Beirut. Mr. Bassoul is a valuable member of the Board because of his extensive experience in the food service industry.
