Steve Hails

Steve Hails started their work experience in 1996 as an Industrial Hygienist at the Department of the Interior, where they created environmentally sound alternatives to replace hazardous waste streams. In 1997, they joined Walsh Environmental as an Industrial Hygienist for six months. Later in the same year, they joined Diversey as the Director of Sales, where they managed the NAM retail sales team and consulted with large retail accounts to develop food safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Steve Hails received their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from Colorado State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1996.
