Michael Bonner

Michael Bonner, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Shoals Technologies Group, Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Diversicare (formerly Advocat Inc.), LifePoint Hospitals, and Ernst & Young. Notably, Michael held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, where recognition included the 2014 Corporate "Rookie of the Year" Award. Michael holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Troy University.
