Emily Hepburn possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Client Services Specialist at Diversified Benefit Services since April 2025. Previously, Emily worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Wellington Group Inc., where responsibilities included sourcing and screening candidates and providing insights on talent market trends. Prior roles include Senior HR Generalist & Recruiter at Lakeview Specialty Hospital and Rehabilitation, where recruitment and onboarding were managed, and HR Generalist at GLORY, supporting full-cycle recruitment. Emily's career began at Waukesha State Bank, culminating in the position of Human Resources Director, overseeing comprehensive HR functions.
