Jim Sipe

Jim Sipe is an experienced sales and business development professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales & Business Development at Diversified Chemical Technologies, Inc. since November 2019, overseeing the Chemical and Adhesives divisions. Prior to this, Jim held various leadership positions at Buckhorn Inc. from June 2018 to October 2019, including Director of Market Strategy & Channel Execution and Director of Sales, contributing to the company’s success in the automotive, food, manufacturing, and agricultural packaging sectors. Jim also served as President of MVDconnect, LLC from November 2015 to December 2017, leading sales and operations for a regional telecommunications provider. Previously, Jim had a long tenure at Henkel North America from September 1997 to October 2015, progressing from Sales Service Representative to Business Director, where management of a $220M Consumer Packaging business was a key responsibility. Early career experience includes sales roles at Ellsworth Adhesives and Alcatel-Lucent Motive. Jim holds an MBA from Xavier University's Williams College of Business and a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
