Satyam Naik has extensive work experience in various roles within the chemical and manufacturing industry. Satyam is currently the Director of Engineering & Maintenance at Diversified Chemical Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at AkzoNobel as a Production Manager for seven years, where they successfully managed a manufacturing operation and implemented improvements in safety, quality, profitability, productivity, and customer complaints. Satyam also reduced overtime costs by over 50% and increased Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by 15%. Before their time at AkzoNobel, Satyam held multiple roles at Diversified Chemical Technologies, Inc., including Plant & Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved significant improvements in safety, quality, profitability, productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
