Linda Soto

Linda Soto possesses extensive experience in human resources and workforce development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Diversified Coatings Systems since November 2017, Linda previously held roles as Human Resources Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Linda worked at Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina from September 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included WIOA Case Manager/Recruiter, Employment Specialist, and Intake Specialist. Additionally, Linda gained valuable experience as an intern at the South Carolina Victim Assistance Network (SCVAN) from May 2013 to August 2013.
