Nate Downing is an experienced construction and insurance professional with a strong background in project management and business ownership. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Diversified Construction since July 2023, Nate previously owned Downing Insurance Group, where expertise as an independent insurance agent was utilized to assist clients through partnerships with experienced insurance carriers. From September 2011 to December 2021, Nate was the President and CEO of Klär Dig Construction, overseeing a team and implementing company strategies while maintaining high ethical standards. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1996 and 2001.
