Anita-María Quillen

Anita-María Quillen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Anita-María started their career as the Executive Vice-President at Mid-American Products, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the organizational strategic plan and overseeing HR and purchasing. Anita-María then founded APQ Development, a patent development firm and served as its Managing Member. Later, they joined Quillen Holdings as the Chief Executive Officer, providing advisory services to clients in different markets through strategic partnerships. Anita-María also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Medaco International Health, leading the development of portable sterilization units utilizing ozone. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at DEP Engineering, a minority and woman-owned engineering and manufacturing operation. Additionally, they are the Managing Member at KelCade Development. Throughout their career, Anita-María Quillen has demonstrated strategic leadership and expertise in engineering, manufacturing, advisory services, patent development, and healthcare.

Anita-María Quillen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Siena Heights University in 2005. Anita-María then went on to obtain their MBA in Accounting and Business from Spring Arbor University in 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Performance Consultant in 2008 through ISPI and obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification in 2015 from the Aveta Business Institute. Anita-María also holds a V-LEGAL EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE from Vanderbilt University Law School, although the obtained month and year are not specified.
