Katie Campbell

Katie Campbell serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Diversified Energy Company since July 2019, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Previously, Katie held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company and served as a Senior Recruiter at System One. In addition to professional roles, Katie is an active board member of the Birmingham Chapter of TALK, engaging with a global community of talent acquisition leaders. Earlier career milestones include positions with ITAC Solutions and Apex Systems, where Katie received multiple awards for outstanding performance and recruitment achievements. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Georgia.
