Michelle Kirby P.e. (Noto)

Michelle (Noto) Kirby, P.E. has a strong background in production engineering and operations. Michelle currently serves as the Director of Production Engineering at Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation, where they lead and grows the production engineering team and assists with field and data acquisition integration for the company's new Central Region. Previously, they were the Vice President of Production Engineering at Tanos Exploration LLC, managing a team of production engineers and prioritizing and approving projects for the company. Michelle also served as the Director of Operations/Production Engineer, overseeing field personnel and coordinating production and operations activities. Prior to that, Michelle worked at ConocoPhillips as a Production/Well Integrity Engineer, managing multiple wells and implementing optimization strategies. Michelle developed various tools to track costs, optimize chemical usage, and monitor well integrity. Michelle gained extensive field experience and collaborated with various departments and service companies. Michelle also served as a summer intern at Newfield Exploration.

Michelle (Noto) Kirby, P.E. earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in the period of 2010 to 2014. Michelle also obtained additional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in September 2019 and Engineer in Training (EIT) from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in September 2015.
