Daniel F. LePage

Mr. LePage has been a DHC trustee since 2020 and is the chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. In 2019, Mr. LePage founded DFL Capital LLC, a company specializing in real estate investing, real estate securities and advisory services. From 2006 to 2019, Mr. LePage held senior leadership positions with RBC Capital Markets, including serving as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Real Estate Corporate Banking. He previously held senior leadership positions in commercial real estate lending with Emigrant Savings Bank and Citigroup, Inc. Mr. LePage currently also sits on the Board of a national non-profit organization, is a named advisor to an emerging proptech company and is a member of both National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
