Jeffrey P. Somers

Mr. Somers has been a DHC trustee since 2009. Mr. Somers is Chair of the Board's Compensation Committee. Mr. Somers is Of Counsel with the law firm of Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC, of Waltham, MA, where he previously served as managing member for a number of years. He held the same role at his prior law firm and began his legal career as a staff attorney at the SEC. Mr. Somers also serves as an Independent Trustee on the boards of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and RMR Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: RMRM).
