Jennifer B. Clark

Ms. Clark has been Secretary since 2008. Ms. Clark has held positions with the manager, The RMR Group LLC, and its affiliated companies since 1999. Prior to that, Ms. Clark was a Partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP where she had a broad based real estate practice, including representing secured lenders, borrowers, joint venture partners and investors in loans and leveraged transactions.
