John L. Harrington

Mr. Harrington has been a DHC trustee since 1999 and is the chair of the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Harrington was the CEO of the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club until 2002, and is currently the Executive Director and Chairman of the Yawkey Foundation and a trustee of the JRY Trust. Mr. Harrington is a certified public accountant. Mr. Harrington also serves as an Independent Trustee of Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC), Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI), RMR Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: RMRM) and Tremont Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: TRMT).
