Lisa Harris Jones

Ms. Harris Jones has been a DHC Trustee since 2015 and is the Lead Independent Trustee. In 2000, she founded Harris Jones & Malone, LLC and today is one of the most successful female and minority owned professional firms in the United States. Ms. Harris Jones has represented municipalities and related quasi-public agencies; non-profits; and small and large business enterprises, both publicly and privately held. Ms. Harris Jones has dedicated a great deal of her time and resources to matters of public interest. She has worked in a pro bono capacity for dyslexia education, community development in Baltimore City’s most challenging areas, and the advancement of Minority Business Enterprises. Ms. Harris Jones is an Independent Director of TravelCenters of America Inc. (Nasdaq: TA) and Independent Trustee of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT).
