Mr. Larkin has been Director of Internal Audit since 2012. Mr. Larkin has held positions with the manager, The RMR Group LLC, and its affiliated companies since 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Larkin practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, specializing in corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other transactional matters for more than 12 years.
