Odalis Richiez

Odalis Richiez, MBA, serves as the VP of Finance and Innovation at Diversified Maintenance since March 2024. Prior to this role, Odalis held the position of Controller at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions from January 2021 to March 2024. Experience also includes managerial roles in corporate accounting at North American Roofing and various positions at Diversified Maintenance, including Director of FP&A, Manager of FP&A and AR, Supervisor of Accounts Receivable, and Senior Accountant. Early career experience encompasses a staff accountant role at Media General-WFLA TV and contracts and budget accountant at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Odalis holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Memphis.
