Accounts Payable Clerk

Karen has over 30 years of experience working in accounting and finance. Accounts began their career as an Accounts Payable Specialist with Carlson Companies Inc in 1987. In 2006, they left Carlson Companies to work as a Property Accountant with Community Development, Inc. There they were responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations for 235+ homeowner associations. In 2010, Karen transitioned to AAA Minneapolis as their Accounts Payable Clerk. Accounts remained in that role until 2013 when they left to pursue other opportunities.

Karen spent the next few years working as an accountant in transition before joining Diversified Manufacturing as their Accounts Payable Clerk in 2018. In their current role, they are responsible for processing accounts payable and assisting with month-end close procedures.

The educational career for an Accounts Payable Clerk would be to obtain an A.A.S. Degree in Accounting Technology from North Hennepin Community College.

Accounts Payable Clerk reports to Controller, Controller. They work with Senior Accountant - Senior Accountant, Accounts Receivable Clerk - Accounts Receivable Clerk.
