John Wendel

John Wendel is a highly experienced Pediatric and General Teleradiologist with a career spanning over 17 years in various esteemed medical institutions. Currently, John has been serving at Diversified Radiology since June 2013. Prior to this role, John worked as an Assistant Professor at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha, where responsibilities included Clinical Service Chief for Pediatric Radiology and Division Chief for Pediatric Radiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center from October 2009 to June 2013. John also pioneered pediatric radiology in Utah as the first pediatric radiologist practicing outside of Primary Children's Medical Center from July 2006 to October 2009. John's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Utah, and specialized radiology training at The University of Texas Medical Branch, culminating in a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship.
