Leslie Pickus Mazza has extensive work experience in the executive search industry. Leslie started their career in 1982 at Diversified Search Group, where they held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President in Corporate Development, Search Operations & Quality, and Resource Management and Development. Diversified Search Group is one of the largest executive search firms in the country, specializing in identifying talented executives for top positions in a variety of industries. Leslie also worked at AltoPartners as an Affiliate Senior Vice President in Quality and Talent. Prior to their career in executive search, they worked as a Department Manager at Macy's/Bambergers.

Leslie Pickus Mazza holds an MBA degree from Rutgers University - Camden, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Psychology and Business from The College of New Jersey from 1976 to 1980. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Hogan Assessment and MBTI - Myers-Briggs Type Inventory.
