Monica Miller-Smith

Monica Miller-Smith is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in organizational strategy and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Coral Bay Community Council, Monica previously held significant roles at Yardstick Management, where responsibilities included developing business strategy and guiding research initiatives. As the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Frederica Academy, Monica implemented comprehensive DEI plans to enhance the school culture. Additionally, Monica has a strong academic background, having taught at multiple universities and contributed to educational materials as a Freelance Contributor for McGraw Hill. Monica's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Speech Communication Studies from Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego.
