Melanie Austin

Melanie Austin has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Diversified Tooling Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie held the same position at Loc Performance Products, Inc. from June 2019 to September 2022, and previously worked as an HR Generalist. Earlier in their career, Melanie was the HR Coordinator at Crest Pontoons - Crest Marine LLC from October 2014 to May 2019 and began their professional journey as an Assistant Teacher at Rainbow Child Care Centers from January 2010 to October 2014. Academically, Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a major in Human Resource Management from Cleary University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and an Associate of Arts degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Pasco-Hernando Community College, completed in 2011.
