Aaron Swanson

Aaron Swanson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Aaron has held various roles in different companies, including Diversified Well Logging, LLC and Baker Hughes. At Diversified Well Logging, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer and later as the Chief Operations Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for developing corporate and operational strategies, implementing change, and ensuring operational controls and customer satisfaction.

During their time at Baker Hughes, Swanson held multiple positions, including Director Quality and Reliability, Director OCS Regulation, Director of Managed Innovation, Software Application Project Manager, BEACON Operations Manager, Manager Surface Logging Systems, BEACON Manager, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and LWD Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in quality and reliability programs, regulatory compliance, new product development, software development, and operations management.

Before entering the oil and gas industry, Swanson served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics specialist. Aaron was a Technical Trainer and Repair and Maintenance supervisor for various electronic systems.

Aaron Swanson began their education at the US Navy Naval Air Technical Training Center from 1989 to 1997, where they studied electronics. Following that, from 2000 to 2001, they attended ITT and obtained an AS in Computer Networking Systems Technology. Aaron then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, eBusiness from the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005. Continuing their education, Aaron completed a Master of Project Management program at Penn State University from 2008 to 2010. Lastly, they furthered their expertise in Supply Chain Management by earning a Graduate Certificate from Penn State University between 2012 and 2013.
