Cynthia V Davis CBE is the Co-Founder of Diversifying Jobs and the CEO & Founder of Diversifying Group. Cynthia V is also a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows at St George's House, Windsor Castle, and a Board Trustee at Over The Wall. Additionally, Cynthia V serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Pop Up Projects, a member of the Headspace International Advisory Board, and previously worked as the Head of Recruitment at Creative Access. With a background in talent acquisition and recruitment, Cynthia V has experience working with companies like BT and Carphone Warehouse. Cynthia holds a BA (HONS) in Fashion Design with Marketing, Promotions, and Business from The University of Huddersfield.
