Krystel Tolentino

Krystel Tolentino has a diverse work experience in the field of inclusive employment and client success. Krystel is currently working at Diversio as a Client Success Manager, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Client Success Analyst at the same company from July 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Diversio, Krystel worked at Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion. Krystel'sroles at this organization included being an Inclusive Employment Specialist from August 2021 to June 2022, where they developed programs and strategies to support job seekers with disabilities. Krystel also served as an Inclusive Employment and Livelihood Technical Coordinator from July 2018 to July 2021, managing employment initiatives focused on disability inclusion and access. In these positions, they collaborated with employers, teams, and job seekers to expand recruitment and hiring practices, provide mentorship, and promote an inclusive work culture.

Krystel also has experience as an Inclusive Employment Project Consultant at Unilab Foundation, Inc. from March 2016 to March 2018.

Throughout their career, Krystel has been dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for individuals with disabilities, collaborating with various stakeholders to expand employment opportunities and ensure the success of employees with disabilities.

Krystel Tolentino has obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. Krystel also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Toronto School of Management.

In addition to their formal education, Krystel has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Krystel completed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) certification from LinkedIn in February 2023 and the Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits certification, also from LinkedIn, in January 2023. Krystel received the Diversio Professional Certification from Diversio in July 2022 and the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services in December 2021. Prior to that, they completed the TRAIL-ExO Accelerate program from The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership in April 2021 and the Diversio Academy: Inclusive Recruiting & Hiring certification from Diversio in August 2022.
