Karen Hsu

Karen Hsu is a Vice President with Diversis Capital and is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, and working with portfolio companies to identify and implement operational improvements. Prior to joining Diversis Capital, Karen worked in a variety of corporate finance roles at NBCUniversal and Kamylon Capital.

Karen has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a B.S. from The Marshall School at the University of Southern California.
