Crystal Severance

Crystal Severance has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Crystal most recently worked as a Human Resources Manager at DiversiTech Corporation starting from August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a People Lead (HR Generalist) at Walmart from July 2019 to August 2021.

During their employment at Target from May 2018 to July 2019, Crystal held the position of a Human Resources Assistant. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Wawa, Inc. between October 2016 and May 2018.

Crystal also has experience as an Assistant Store Manager at 7-Eleven from July 2015 to October 2016. Additionally, they served as a Student Assistant at the University of South Florida from August 2015 to December 2015, where they facilitated various administrative tasks for the faculty.

Prior to their university role, Crystal worked as a Surveyor at Customer Management Systems from December 2014 to July 2015. Crystal'searliest work experience is as a Server and Hostess at Rolando's Cuban Restaurant from May 2013 to August 2014.

Crystal Severance received their high school education from Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy from 2010 to 2014. Crystal then attended the University of South Florida from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Women's and Gender Studies. In 2019, Crystal attended Seminole State College of Florida and earned a Certification in Human Resource Administration. Currently, Crystal is pursuing a Juris Master's Degree in Employment Law and HR Risk Management from Florida State University, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete by 2025.
