Mike Haygood

Mike Haygood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations. As a co-founder of Diversigroup since January 2023 and an advisory board member of the Diversity Cyber Council since May 2023, Mike is actively involved in promoting diversity within the tech industry. Previously, Mike held the position of Head of Customer Success at Buildxact from February 2023 until May 2024, and served as Director of Customer Success Operations at BetterCloud from December 2020 to February 2023. Earlier roles include CS Operations Program Manager at Khoros from May 2017 to February 2020. Mike holds degrees from Florida International University and Louisiana State University.
