Nic Booy

Nic Booy is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Diversity Travel since April 2022, previously serving as a Training and Development Consultant at Bupa from August 2021 to May 2022. Nic has extensive experience in the travel industry, having held the position of Learning and Development Specialist at STA Travel from April 1996 to February 2020, where responsibilities included designing and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing staff. Additionally, Nic worked as a Sales Expert both in a flagship store and within a telesales department, excelling in customer service and meeting sales targets. Nic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from Staffordshire University.
