Rob Pickstone

Rob Pickstone is an experienced operations leader in the travel and hospitality sector, currently serving as Deputy Manager Operations at Diversity Travel since June 2022. In this role, Rob oversees operational management and service delivery for Humanitarian and Academic customers, leading a team of over 50 professionals in providing tailored travel arrangements. Previously, Rob was Head of Customer Experience at James Villa Holidays, managing customer service across multiple resorts and introducing innovative customer-centric technologies. Rob also held positions as Account Manager at H10 Hotels and Regional Operations Manager at Monarch Airlines, focusing on operational efficiency and team leadership during their tenure. Earlier in Rob's career, experience as Resort Manager at MYTRAVEL was complemented by academic credentials in Tourism and Travel Services Management and Occupational Safety and Health from The University of Bolton.
